Besides being chastised for my not so specific driving directions to the VFW in Austin, the get together brought a few ex Foo Dogs in contact. We told lies and typical sea stories. Got some updates on former Foo Dogs we needed to locate and had a few beverages to boot. Our host, VFW Post 8787 gave us our own room and let us purchase the previously mentioned beverages. I also created a Certificate of Appreciation and will mail it to the VFW in Austin, thanking POST 8787 for letting us visit.
